体液病原菌分布及革兰氏阴性杆菌药敏结果分析

摘  要:目的:分析2005-2006年我院内无菌体液病原茵流行状况及革兰氏阴性杆菌对常用抗生素的敏感性,以便更好地为临床治疗感染性疾病提供用药参考。方法:所有菌株用美国BD公司BBLCRYSTAL AUTOREADER仪器进行鉴定,药敏用K-B法,培养基和药敏纸片为BD公司的。结果:80株致病菌中,肠杆菌科占65%,非发酵菌占12.5%,革兰氏阳性葡萄球菌占17.5%,酵母样真菌占2.5%,厌氧茵占2.5%。大肠埃希茵感染占首位(50株)其次为铜绿假单胞菌(3株)。嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌(3株)。肺炎克雷伯茵(2株)。大肠埃希菌中ESBL阳性菌18%(9/50)ESBL阳性菌和阴性菌对不同抗菌药物的敏感性有显著差异,前者耐药明显高于后者。结论:临床应根据药敏结果合理使用抗生素,减少院内感染的发生。Objective: To analyze the epidemiology of aseptic humoral pathogens and sensitivity of gram-negative bacilli to common antibiotic in Huairou Hospital of Traditional Chineses Medicine from 2005-2006 in order to 9 serve the clinical medication. Methods: All the strains were identified by BBLCRYSTAL AUTOREADER equipment made in BD company in America; drug sensitivity tests were done by using K-B methodl; medium and susceptibility paper were made in BD company. Results: Of 80 strains of bacteria, enterobacteriaceae accounted for 65%, nonfermenters 12.5%, Gram-positive staphylococci 17.5%, yeast-like fungi 2.5%, and anaerobes 2.5%. E. coli infection was ranked number one (50 strains); the rest was successively pseudomonas aeruginosa(3 lines),aeromonas stenotrophomonas maltophilia(3 lines), Klebsiella pneumoniae(2 strains ). Among ESBL E. coli bacteria, there was significant difference in the sensitivity of different antibiotics between ESBL-positive bacteria (18%) and negative bacteria, the former' s drug-resistance was significantly higher than the latter' s. Conclusion: Antibiotics should be rationally used in clinical application according to the results of drug sensitive tests so as to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection.
