摘　　要：目的:总结6例重症卵巢过度刺激综合症病人的护理方法。方法:主要护理干预措施有:加强心理护理;密切监测病情变化;建立良好的静脉通路,纠正和防止低血容量、纠正水电解质平衡和适度利尿;准确记录出入量、测量腹围;给予高蛋白、多种维生素饮食;做好会阴部护理;做好出院宣教和健康指导。结果:6例患者均顺利康复。结论通过有效的治疗和护理干预,卵巢过度刺激综合症病人的症状是可以减轻的,病人也是完全可以度过这个困难时期的。Objective： To summarize the nursing methods of padents with severe Ovarian Hypersdmuladon Syndrome （OHSS）. Methods： 6 patients with severe OHSS were taken nursing intervention measures, including enhancement of psychological nursing, closely monitoring vital signs,establishing the good vein circuit, correcting and preventing the lowblood volume, keeping water electrolyte balanced , accurately recording intake and output,making the perinealarea clean, offering high protein and multivitamins diet,and propaganda and education and health teaching when discharging from the hospital Results： All the 6 patients were smoothly restored to health by effective treatment and nursing intervention. Conclusion： Effective treatment and nursing intervention can relieve OHSS patients＇ discomfort.
