乳化浮选药剂在煤泥浮选中的应用

摘　　要：利用一种自主开发的新型乳化剂将柴油乳化后作为捕收剂进行煤泥浮选试验。试验结果表明,柴油经乳化剂乳化处理后所形成的油、水混合均匀的乳化油(O/W),不仅可以促进柴油在矿浆中的分散性能,显著改善煤泥的浮选效果,而且稳定性好,利用效率高,节油可高达70%。A coal slime test was carried out by use of diesel oil emulsified by new type of emulsifying reagent developed independently.It is indicated from the result of test that the emulsified diesel oil formed with the emulsifying reagent is a type of oil-water uniformly mixed emulsified oil,which can not only promote the performance that appears when diesel oil disperses in water but also improve coal slime flotation effect.The emulsified diesel oil formed in such way gives many advantages such as favorable stability,higher availability and oil saving percentage up to 70%.
