摘　　要：内河船员培训质量的高低,决定着内河航运的安全和发展。本文从上海市内河船员培训的现状入手,分析了内河船员培训存在的问题,最后对提升内河船员培训质量提出了几点建议。并希望为提高长三角地区内河船员培训质量提供借鉴和参考。The quality of inland river seafarers＇ training defines the safety and development of the inland river navigation. The article starts with the actuality of river seafarers＇ training in the city of Shanghai. , analyzes the existing problems of inland river seafarers＇ training. Finally, the article puts forward some suggestions to improve the quality of inland river seafarers＇ training. The writer hopes that the article could offer some lessons and references for improving the quality of inland river seafarers＇ training in Yangtze River Delta region.
