摘　　要：分析了小型立式自动包装机的工作过程,提出了以PLC为基础的全自动包装机控制系统的总体解决方案,阐述了PLC控制系统的软硬件设计结构,给出了PLC的I/O分配表及外及控制程序流程图。This paper analyzes a small automatic vertical packaging machine process , puts forward a overall solution to the PLC-based automatic control system packaging , sets forth the PLC control system hardware and software design structure and gives the PLC I / O allocation tables outside and control procedures and flow charts.
