摘　　要：近年来随着煤化工行业的兴起,更多的压力容器在耐腐蚀、耐高压、耐疲劳应力的基础上,要求设备具有更好的耐冲击及磨损性能。某公司承制了两台包括硬质合金堆焊的设备。在制造过程中摸索并掌握了钴基硬质合金的焊接性,并在焊接工艺参数控制方面也积累了一些经验。With the development of the coal chemical industry, it is required for vessels to have a better endurance against impact and resistance to abrasion, besides resist corrosion, high pressure and fatigue stress. Two equipments with surfacing of horniness alloy were maufactured. In the course of fabrication, the weldability of cobalt base horniness alloy gradually was relaized, as well as amassing some experiences on the control of welding procedure parameters, the text explains as follows simply.
