摘 要:一对相互啮合的锥形螺杆转子是锥双螺杆挤出机的核心部件,其加工精度直接影响到挤出机性能.传统加工方法的加工精度和加工效率都较低,所加工螺杆转子的啮合特性和互换性都较差.为了提高挤出机的性能水平,在深入研究锥双螺杆几何特征的基础上,提出了一种利用柱形棒铣刀的五轴联动数控铣削螺杆转子的新型数控铣削制造方法,设计制造了五轴联动螺旋槽专用数控铣床,并且设计开发了与其相配套的螺杆数控加工自动编程系统.该项研究成果提高了锥双螺杆的加工水平,具有显著的工程意义.The machining precision of the engaged conical twin-screw rotors, which are the key parts of a conical twin-screw extruder, has direct effect on the performance of the extruder. The precision and efficiency of the conventional machining method are lower, and the intermeshing and exchanging characters of the machined screw-rotor are worse. In order to improve the performance of an extruder, the geometry of the conical twin-screw was studied, and subsequently a new NC manufacturing method for milling screw-rotor with cylindrical end milling cutter was proposed. 5-axis integrated CNC machine tool for machining spiral flute was designed and produced. And a complete set of automatic programming system for NC machining of screw rotor was developed. The present research is of important engineering significance in improving the machining level of conical twin-screw.
