摘 要:铸造过程计算机模拟技术是材料科学的重要前沿领域.利用计算机对金属液和夹杂物注入型腔内的运动过程、夹杂物集聚位置进行了数值模拟.用连续方法、N-S方程、粒子运动方程建立数学模型,利用有限差分法和四阶龙格库塔法对数学模型进行了离散化,编制计算程序进行了计算,并结合水力模拟实验验证了计算结果的准确性.结果表明,本数值计算系统能够较好地模拟金属液和夹杂物在充型过程中的运动过程及夹杂物集聚位置,对于优化铸造工艺方案有一定的借鉴意义.The computer numerical simulation technology for casting process is an important frontal field of materials science and technology, and has been paid much more attention. The computer numerical simulation for the movement process and accumulating location of both metal melt and inclusion injected into the mold was performed. The continuity method, N-S equation and particle movement equation were used to establish a mathematical model for numerical calculation. Furthermore, the hydraulic simulation experiment was conducted to validate the veracity of the calculating result. It is shown that the present numerical calculating system can preferably simulate the mold filling process of the metal melt and the movement of the inclusion, and is of a certain reference value for optimizing the casting technology.
