摘 要:对一种软开关式谐波补偿器主电路的控制策略进行了归纳总结,论述了换流开关和逆变器开关驱动信号产生的原则;设计了产生控制信号的硬件逻辑电路,说明了工作原理;根据硬件逻辑电路建立了仿真模型,并进行了仿真分析,验证了硬件逻辑电路和仿真模型是正确的.对软开关式谐波补偿器的仿真分析表明:换流开关器件是在零电流下导通,几乎是在零电流下关断.逆变器开关器件也工作在软开关方式,其复现的指令电流失真很小.因此证明了所归纳的控制策略是正确的,此种软开关式谐波补偿器是可行的.The main circuit control strategy of soft-switching harmonic compensator was summarized, and the principle of producing drive signals of commutation and inverter switching devices was discussed. The hardware logic circuit of drive signal was designed and its work principle was explained. Simulation model based on hardware logic circuit was built up and simulation analysis was conducted. It has been verified that the hardware logic circuit and simulation model are correct. Simulation results on soft-switching harmonic compensator indicate that the commutation switching device is turned on in zero-current, and turned off in approximate zero-current. The inverter switching devices also act on soft-switching mode, and the distortion of reproduced reference current is very small. It is proved that the proposed control strategy is correct and the soft-switching harmonic compensator is feasible.
