摘　　要：介绍了某剧院地下人行通道梯道明挖段施工的基本情况,论述了如何在不破坏原有建筑和地下管线的前提下,将梯道支护结构方案进行合理变更,并阐述了梯道明挖的施工方法。This paper introduced the basic information of an underground passage. And the paper also discussed how to amend the structural scheme of its ladder support instead of destroying its original building and underground pipes. Besides, the constructing method of an open excavating process has also been illustrated.
