摘　　要：肿瘤专业的医患纠纷因其专业和患者的特殊性,具有与一般医患纠纷所不同的特点。本文从诊疗技术、患者的心理特点、经济社会因素,多角度地对肿瘤专业医患纠纷的成因进行了分析。在此基础上提出要通过规范肿瘤诊疗流程、增强责任心和同情心、加强病人看护、切实履行告知义务和强化伦理法律意识来有效地防范医患纠纷。Medical dispute in cancer department was different from general medical dispute. The causation of medical dispute in cancer department was analyzed in view of diagnosis and therapy technology, patients＇ psychology, social and economic. Suggestions of standardization cancer diagnosis and treatment process, strengthening responsibility and commiseration, promotion of nursing quality, fulfilling informed consent were presented to prevent medical dispute.
