川参胶囊对结扎大鼠冠状动脉所致心肌缺血的影响

摘　　要：目的观察川参胶囊对结扎大鼠冠状动脉所致心肌缺血的影响。方法结扎冠状动脉左前降支致心肌缺血模型,用川参胶囊分别以0.15g/kg,0.30g/kg,0.60g/kg灌胃给药14d,观察川参胶囊的药理作用。结果①川参胶囊对心肌缺血大鼠的心脏功能有明显的改善作用,能增强心肌收缩力,改善心肌舒张的顺应性,表现为心率加快,颈动脉血压、左心室内收缩压、左心室内压±dp/dt明显增高,与模型组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);②模型组与假手术组比较血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、心肌肌酸激酶(CK)含量显著升高,丙二醛(MDA)显著降低;川参胶囊能明显减少血清中SOD,LDH,CK含量,增加血清中MDA含量,与模型组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);③模型组大鼠出现明显的心肌缺血和心肌梗死;川参胶囊各组心肌缺血及心肌梗死程度与模型组比较,其病变程度显著减轻(P<0.01);④光镜和电镜观察可见川参胶囊能明显减轻心肌病理损伤。结论川参胶囊对大鼠结扎冠状动脉所致心肌缺血损伤具有明显的保护作用。Objective To observe the effect of Shenhua Capsule on myocardial ischemia induced by ligation of coronary artery in rats. Methods The myocardial ischemia models were induced by ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery. The rats were fed with Chuanshen Capsules by dose of 0.15 g, 0.30 g and 0.60 g/kg for 14 days. The pharmacology functions of the capsule were observed. Resuits ①Chuanshen Capsule could strengthen the myocardial contractility and improve the compliance of myocardium. ②Chuanshen Capsule could reduce the contents of LDH, CK in serum significantly, and increase the contents of MDA in serum, which was obvious difference with that in the model group （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ） ; ③The damages of myocardial ischemia and the myocardial infarction in Chuanshen Capsule group were lighter compared with that in the modle group （ P〈 0. 01 ） ; ④Chuanshen Capsule could reduce significantly myocardial injury by microscope and electric microscope. Conclusion Chuanshen Capsule could protect myocardial ischemia in rats.
