摘　　要：目的探讨胸外科患者术前探访需求及护理对策。方法采用自行设计的调查表,调查胸外科患者术前探访需求。结果胸外科患者对手术目的、术式介绍、术中风险、术后并发症的预防,疼痛和饮食指导需求比较强烈;对戒烟、深呼吸、有效排痰、床上排便等手术相关的适应行为指导重视不够。结论术前教育需求的内容和方式应具有多样性、针对性和个体性。Objective To explore the needs of patients undergoing thoracic surgery for preoperative visits and the countermeasures. Method A self-designed questionnaire of Requirements of Preoperative Visit to Patients Undergoing Thoracic Surgery was used to investigate patients needs for preoperative visit. Results The patients undergoing thoracic surgery had strong needs for understandings of operative purpose, operational approaches, operative risks, postoperative complications and the prevention, pains and diet instructions, but they neglected such operative cooperation as smoking-quitting, deep breath, effective exclusion of sputum, and defecation on the bed. Conclusion Preoperative health education should be various, pertinent and individual in contents and methods.
