摘 要:目的探讨加强疾病认知知识的教育对肝癌患者术前焦虑的影响。方法将76例拟行肝癌切除患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组38例。两组患者均予入院后进行常规的护理,实验组在此基础上加强疾病认知知识的教育。比较两组患者入院时和术前血压、心率和焦虑情况。结果两组患者入院时血压、心率和焦虑情况比较,经统计学分析,均P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。术前两组患者收缩压、心率和焦虑情况比较,经统计学分析,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论术前加强疾病认知知识的教育可使肝癌切除患者的焦虑程度降低,有利于术后身体的恢复。Objective To explore the effect of hepatic cancer recognition education on preoperative anxiety in hepatic cancer patients. Methods 76 patients who were going to undergo resection of liver cancer were divided into experimental and control groups equally. All received routine health education after admission, while recognition education of the disease knowledge was added in the experimental group. The blood pressure, heart rate and anxiety were compared between at admission and before operation in the two groups. Results There were no differences at admission regarding blood pressure, heart rate and anxiety ( P 〉 0. 05 ) , but the differences were significant statistically between them before operation ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The preoperative health education on the disease recognition may relieve anxiety among hepatic cancer patients, which is beneficial for postoperative recovery.
