加味抵当汤治疗脑出血多脏器功能不全的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味抵当汤为主治疗实验性兔脑出血多脏器功能不全的疗效。方法:通过颅内注入Ⅶ型胶原酶的方法制作兔脑出血多脏器功能不全模型。设立高剂量治疗组、低剂量治疗组及对照组,观察其呼吸(R)、体温(T)、心率(HR)、白细胞(WBC)、肌酸激酶(CK)、谷丙转移酶(ALT)、肌酐(Cr)及病理组织变化。结果:高剂量治疗组各脏器功能明显恢复,与对照组相比HR、R、Cr、ALT及WBC明显降低(P<0.01);其治疗有效率(66.7%)与对照组(18.21%)相比,有统计学差异(P<0.05);病理观察也有明显改善。结论:加味抵当汤为主治疗可改善脑出血多脏器功能不全动物模型的多项观察指标并提高其治疗有效率。Objective:To observe the effect of jiawei didang decoction on multiple organs dysfunction(CH-MOD) induced by experimental cerebral hemorrhage in rabbit.Methods:Models of CH-MOD were built by injecting VII type collagenase into rabbit's cerebrum.All CH-MOD rabbits were divided into high dose,low dose Chinese herb groups and control group,their vital signs including respiration(R),heart rate(HR),body temperature(T),white blood cell(WBC),creatinkinase(CK),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),creatinine(Cr) and pathology were observed.Results:The function of organs in high dose group was recovered guicker than that of model group,HR,R,Cr,ALT and WBC were obviously lowered in high dose group,the effective rate in high dose group was 66.7%,that of control was 18.2%,there was significant difference between these two groups(P<0.05).The pathological phenomena was improved in Chinese herb groups.Conclusion:Jiawei didang decoction could improve many indicators of organs and promote the effective rate of experimental CH-MOD on rabbit.
