摘  要:应用现代管理理论中的"保健一激励"双因素理论,分析军队护理文职人员的保健因素和激励因素,提出应该充分发挥保健因素的作用:为文职护理人员积极创造献身国防、无私奉献的军营文化环境,给予公平合理的待遇和条件;同时要重视激励因素的作用:实施人性化管理、健全绩效考评制度与激励约束机制,采用多样的激励方式,发挥激励因素作用。By using double -factor theory, the author analyzed the factors of health care and motivation of non - military civilian nursing staff. Then the author pointed out that manager should make further elaboration of the factor of health care, the measures of which included creating sound cultural environment of devotion to national defense and providing equal treatment and condition. Meanwhile, manager could take the following measures to attach much importance to the factor of motivation, such as fulfilling human - oriented management, strengthening the system of performance judgment and mechanism of inspirit and restriction, adopting multiple inspiring mode to elaborate the action of the factor of motivation.
