1995-2004年我国循证医学文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的了解1995-2004年间国内循证医学研究的状况及其发展趋势。方法利用中国生物医学文献光盘数据库(CBMdisc),对(1995-2004年)国内正式发表的循证医学文献进行检索,利用小锄头文献计量工具、Access、Excel软件对文献年度变化、核心作者、文献地区分布、期刊分布、主题分布进行计量学分析。结果共检索出2420篇有关循证医学的文献。10年间,我国医学工作者在国内刊物上发表的循证医学研究文献数量基本上呈逐年上升趋势。主要的科研力量分布在四川大学华西医学院、中山大学、广东省人民医院、北京大学、复旦大学医学院等。收录文献较多核心期刊是中国循证医学杂志、循证医学、中国临床康复等。10年来循证医学的研究热点主要集中在循证医学原理及方法、循证临床决策及在各学科的应用、医学系统性评价及随机对照试验方法学研究、循证医护教育、医师诊疗模式、卫生决策等方面。结论循证医学在国内研究的力量呈逐年增长趋势。研究的热点已由理论介绍的初期阶段逐渐向临床实践方面迈进。Objectives Evidence-based medicine （EBM） is significant. This study investigates the features of EBM literature based on bibliometric methods in order to invest the current status of EBM research in our country, and scientifically predicate the development trend of EBM. Methods The CBMdisc（1995-2004） database was searched for articles indexed under ＂Evidence-based medicine＂, and articles retrieved were counted and analyzed using Xiao Chutou, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Excel. Growth of the literature, nuclear authors, publication distribution, core journals and research subjects are bibliometrics analyzed. Results From 1995 to 2004, a total of 2 420 citations dealing with EBM were retrieved. The number of published articles was increasing yearly. The research centers on EBM in China was mainly focused in Huaxi Medical College, Sichuan University; Sun Yat-sen University, Beijing University, and Fudan University, etc. The core journals on EBM are Chinese Journal of Evidence-Based Medicine, Journal of Evidence-Based Medicine, Chinese Journal of Clinical Rehabilitation, and Medicine and Philosophy, etc. The research subjects are mainly on ＂the principle and methods of EBM＂, ＂evidence-based clinical decision making and its application in various subjects＂, ＂methodology on systematic reviews and randomized clinical trials＂, ＂EBM education for the doctors and nurses＂, ＂evidence-based clinical guidelines and health policy＂, etc. Conclusions The power of EBM research in domestic is steadily increasing. The development trend is from the introduction of EBM theory to the clinical practice.
