知柏地黄丸合复方丹参片治疗复发性口腔溃疡临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察知柏地黄丸合并复方丹参片治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效。方法:134例复发性口腔溃疡随机分为治疗组6 7例和对照组67例,治疗组给予知柏地黄丸合复方丹参片、对照组给予左旋咪唑、维生素B2、维生素C、西吡氯铵等治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率91.04%,痊愈率85.07%;对照组总有效率58.21%,痊愈率26.87%。两组总有效率与痊愈率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:知柏地黄丸合复方丹参片治疗复发性口腔溃疡具有很好的疗效。Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of Recurrent oral Ulceration （ROU） with combination of zhibaidihuang pills and fufangdanshen tablets. Methods： one hundred and thirty -four patients were averagely divided into two groups, the treatment group with 67 and the control group with 67. The treatment group patients received the treatment of combination of zhibaidihuang pills and fufangdanshen tablets; the control group individually received Levamisole （LMS）, Vitamin B2, Vitamin C and cetylpyridinium chloride（CPC）. They were compared by the standards with ulcer area, ulcer pain, recurrent rate. Results：The total effective rate in treatment group was 91.04% and the recovery rate 85.07% ;the total effective rate in contral group was 58. 21% ,and the recovery rate 26.87%. The therapeutic effects of the treatment group and the control group had significant differences through statistical analysis （P〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： combination of zhibaidihuang pills and fufangdanshen tablets has better therapeutic effect on ROU.
