摘　　要：目的:探讨Orem自理理论在Miles术后患者中的应用。方法:应用Orem自理理论评估患者的自理能力,用3种护理系统提供不同程度的帮助,让患者主动参与护理活动。结果:患者自护能力得到提高,下床活动时间提前,胃管、尿管、引流管拔除时间提前,住院时间缩短,减少了医疗开支,降低了并发症发生率。结论:O rem自理模式是护理学科的重要理论,具有很强的实用性,应用后改善了患者的生活质量,提高了护士的业务水平,丰富了护士的职业内涵。Objective ： To explore the application of Orem self - care theory to the patient treated with Miles＇operation. Methods ： Evaluation was made on the ability of patients to take care of themselves according to Orem self - care theory. The patients were provided different help with 3 kinds of nursing approaches and made to participate in nursing program actively. Results ： The ability of self - care of patients was improved and the patients could get off bed to have movement ahead of schedule and extraction of kinds of catheters was ahead of prescription. The days of hospitalization were shortened, the cost was reduced and incidence of complications was decreased. Conclusion： Orem self- care theory is one of scientific theories with great practicability. The quality of life of patients and technical capacity of nurses can be improved and enhanced when the Orem self- care theory is applied to clinical practice.
