摘  要:介绍了一种创新的离心泵结构,对离心泵叶轮按斜流式叶轮设计,同时采取叶轮进口端面密封及叶轮在泵轴上浮动等措施,实现离心泵叶轮上的轴向力自动平衡。对实现轴向力自动平衡的关键问题进行了深入分析,即当叶轮进口的端面密封处于紧密接触密封状态时,可以使轴向力的方向指向叶轮后盖板,推开密封端面,使叶轮轴向力自动平衡。推导出能够满足轴向力自动平衡的叶轮几何尺寸间的关系不等式,并给出具体算例进行了验证。另外,进行了进口端面密封设计、推力轴承设计,讨论了影响水泵效率的相关因素。A pump structure, based on angled-discharge centrifugal impeller, fitting with axial face seal and gap fit between impeller axle hole and pump axle, was introduced initially, which had the capability of self-balance. The key point to self-balance was discussed in detail by a new method to axial thrust self-balance for centrifugal pump impeller. When the face seal at inlet of the impeller works well,axial thrust will be self-balance through aixal thrust pointing to roar board and pushing the face seal open. An inequation among impeller geometric parameters was derived for the first time, and verification was done based on a specific case. Other design methods were also presented, such as the face seal at inlet, axial thrust bearing, and thier effect on pump efficiency was also discussed. The study work can provide guidance for pump design to be self-balanced.
