摘　　要：基于国家规范,确立了新疆教学科研数字图书馆研究的思路、方法、重点、难点以及著录、信息采集的标准,为新疆高校全面建设教学科研数字图书馆奠定了基础。Base on national specification,this paper puts forward the idea,method,emphasis and difficulty of teaching＆ research digital library in Sinkiang.It also introduces the standards of citation and information collection,which can act as the foundation of teaching＆ research digital library in Sinkiang.
