摘　　要：本文将现代图书馆文化建设分为内在文化和外在文化两个方面进行探讨,二者是有机的整体,现代图书馆文化建设是一个不断探索、不断创新的过程,它需要通过馆员和读者的共同努力来完成。This paper discusses that modern library culture construction is divided into inside culture and outside culture,and the two parts act as an organic whole.The modern library culture construction is a continuously investigative and creative process,and it needs the joint effort from librarians and readers to accomplish.
