探索地域性信息用户教育的新模式

摘　　要：从用户教育与信息服务体系、科技创新的关系论述发展地方性用户教育的意义和作用,提出建立地方区域性用户教育体系的构想,从形式、手段、内容、对象等方面探索用户教育的模式,以达到普及信息理念,提高自我服务能力,满足用户需求之目的。This paper first elaborates the meaning and function that develops local area users educations from the relationship among users education, information service system and science t.eehnique innovation. Then the paper puts forwards the construction which builds up the education system for local area users. It finally discusses the users education mode from the form, means, contents, object aspect and so on for the purpose of an universal information principle, raising self- service abilities and meeting the needs of users.
