计算机X线摄影(CR)技术在乳腺疾病诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的:研究计算机X线摄影系统(CR)与屏/片摄影对乳腺疾病的诊断优势。材料与方法:对1014位女性患者双侧乳腺进行CR检查,经乳腺专用处理软件进行图像后处理。结果:CR检查乳腺患者1014人中,乳腺增生者840人,纤维瘤62人,乳腺癌51人;CR能更清晰地显示乳腺组织层次结构及微小病灶。结论:CR技术通过强大图像后处理功能,提高了乳腺疾病的诊断率。是一种值得进一步推广使用的X线检查新技术。Purpose： To evaluation the diagnostic significance of computer radiography in breast disease. Materials and Methods： A total of 1014 patients with breast disease be examined with computer radiography and the mammographic features was assessment. Results： In this 1014 cases, including hyperplasia of mammary glands in 840 cases, mammary fibroma in 62 cases, breast carcinoma in 51 cases, the computer radiography photograph of all breast disease patients can show micro - focus. Conclusion： Computer radiography has very important value for breast lesions in hyperplasia, firbroma and cancer.
