上海市闸北区共和新社区高龄老人社区卫生服务利用现状及需求意愿研究

摘　　要：目的了解高龄老人健康状况、社区卫生服务利用状况以及社区医疗需求意愿。方法采用入户问卷调查的方式,对共和新社区90岁以上老年人进行普查,获得78份有效问卷。结果33.3%的高龄老人患病后首选社区卫生服务机构就诊,门诊医疗仍是高龄老人最常利用的服务,社区老年保健服务的满意率为33.8%。高龄老人对社区卫生服务的认知程度低,有24.4%的高龄老人表示暂时不需要任何形式的社区卫生服务。结论高龄老人对社区卫生服务需求意愿不足,采取多种措施,增加其社区卫生服务利用率,提高对社区卫生服务的满意度。　OBJECTIVE To study on the physical condition,the status of the community health services facility and requirement willingness of the residents aged 90 and over. METHODS A household survey with questionnaire was carried out among the residents aged 90 and over and obtained 78 valid questionnaires. RESULTS 33.3% of the aged go to the community health services institutions as the first selection when ill. 76.9% of the aged make use of outpatient services more frequently than other services. The degree of satisfaction is 33.8%. The aged are short of knowledge and willingness about the community health services,and 24.4% expressed that now they do not need any community health services. CONCLUSIONS Some effective measures should be taken to raise the degree of satisfaction and the utilization rate of the community health services.
