摘　　要：目的了解上海市闸北区共和新社区90岁以上老年人卫生服务需要与利用现状,探讨促进社区医疗服务利用,提高社区高龄老人健康水平的措施。方法采用入户问卷调查的方式,对共和新社区所有90岁以上老年人进行调查。结果高龄老人2周患病率和慢性病患病率分别为62.8%和71.8%。2周未就诊率为49.0%,选择去社区卫生服务中心就诊者占33.3%。年住院率为19.2%,人均住院自费费用为7776.92元。结论高龄老人卫生服务需要量大,社区卫生服务利用不足,医疗负担重。　OBJECTIVE To understand and analyze the health need and utilization among the elderly aged 90 and above and to provide evidence for enhancing the utilization and improving health status for the elderly in Gonghexin Community in Shanghai. METHODS All the elderly aged 90 and above were interviewed with questionnaires. RESULTS Two-week prevalence of disease was 62.8%,the overall prevalence of chronic disease was 71.8%.The rate of non-visit in the past two weeks was 49%. 33.3% of people chose community health services. The rate of hospitalization was 19.2% during the past year,and the average medical expenditure was 7 776.92 yuan. CONCLUSION Health need was high for the elderly aged 90 and above,the utilization of community-based health services was lower. The burden of health expenditure was heavy.
