摘　　要：目的了解上海市闸北区共和新社区老年人的健康状况、家庭与社会支持情况。方法采用入户问卷调查的方式,对共和新社区90岁以上老年人进行普查,60至89岁老人进行整群随机抽样调查,获得有效问卷697份。结果50.4%的老人对目前的生活感到幸福,7.7%的老人生活不能自理,其中55.4%依靠儿女照料,54.8%的老人对社区照料服务没有需求,仅7.9%的老年人愿意入住养老机构。结论养老方式仍以家庭为主,老年人对社区支持服务的需求不足。　OBJECTIVE To understand and analyze the health status,family and social support for the elderly in Gonghexin community in Shanghai. METHODS Census method was used for the elderly aged 90 and above,while cluster random sampling method was used for the elderly aged between 60 and 89. Finally,697 elderly were investigated with questionnaires. RESULTS Among the 697 elderly,50.4% of them were satisfied with their lives. 7.7% of them had difficulties in activity of daily life,among of them 55.4% were taken care by their children,and 54.8% of the elderly didn’t think any community health services. Only 7.9% of the elderly would like to live in rest home. CONCLUSION Providing for the aged is still based on family. The demand for community services by the elderly is lower.
