摘 要:底排药剂燃烧速率的计算公式准确与否是关系到底排装置内弹道参数计算结果正确性的前提之一.但是,对于影响燃烧速率的一个重要因素,即弹丸的高速旋转对燃烧速率的影响规律问题至今还没有形成完全一致的认识.为了较为直观地反映出这二者之间的相互关系,设计了一台底排装置旋转燃烧中止试验台.该试验台能使处于高速旋转之中的底排装置内的底排药剂的燃烧过程按照一定的指令突然中止.然后通过测量尚未燃尽的底排药剂各个部位的几何尺寸就可以处理出相应部位的燃烧速率.利用该试验台完成了试验研究.根据试验结果建立了考虑弹丸的高速旋转对燃烧速率影响的新燃速计算公式.利用该公式计算出来的底排装置燃气压力时间曲线与实测曲线能够较好地吻合.The accuracy of the formulas of the base bleed propellant burning rate is one of the preconditions for an exact results of the interior ballistic parameters calculation of the base bleed unit. Nevertheless, no common viewpoints have been gained on the influence law problems of a chief influential factor, higher rate rotation of the projectile, on the base bleed propellant burning rate. To show directly the relationship between them, a rotation test instrument of the base bleed unit for burning quench has been designed. The instrument makes it possible to give a sudden quench to the burning process of the base bleed propellant in the base bleed unit with certain command. Therefore the burning rate of certain parts on the base bleed propellant can be worked out by measuring the geometrical size of each part of the base bleed propellant that has not been burned out. By the test results, a new burning rate formulas of the base bleed propellant considering the influence of rotation of the projectile has been sorted out. The burning gas pressure time curve of the base bleed unit calculated by these formulas and the measured test curve coincide very well.
