摘  要:阐述自增韧A12O3陶瓷的增韧原理及增韧机制,综述近年来A12O3陶瓷的自增韧研究现状。指出A12O3陶瓷的自增韧方式可以分为引入添加剂和引入晶种2种,并详细论述了不同添加剂、不同晶种及引入方式对A12O3晶粒异向生长及其力学性能的影响,分析了不同条件下A12O3晶粒的显微结构及其异向生长机理。最后对下一步的研究方向进行了展望。After expatiated the self-toughening principle and mechanism of A1203 ceramics as well as synthetically presented the status qua of studies on self-toughening alumina ceramic in the past years, it is pointed out that the self-toughening ways can be classified as introducing additives and crystallizable seeds. The effect of different additives, seeds and the introduction ways of seeds on AGG (abnormal grain growth), microstructure and mechanical property of A 1203 ceramics are also summarized systematically. In addition the microstructure of grain and the mechanism of AGG under different conditions are analyzed. The orientation of future studies is discussed at last.
