摘　　要：针对热轧带钢粗轧段大立辊侧压调宽轧制的生产特点,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA建立立辊三维轧制有限元仿真模型,模拟计算不同工艺条件下轧件的变形规律,重点分析横截面形状(狗骨形)变形特点,以及宽展变形特点,所得结果与现场情况吻合,证明所建模型及计算结果可对现场工艺制定提供指导作用。According to the working characteristics of vertical rolling in the hot rolled strip, a 3D FEM model for vertical rolling was established with ANSYS/LS-DYNA, which was applied to simulate the rolling procedures of several process conditions. The calculated values for deformations of cross-section and width are in good a- greement with the actual results, thus the model is effective and the results of analog computation provide a theoretic reference to the technique of field production.
