摘　　要：步进式冷床由于在棒材连轧生产线上占有较大比重,热负荷调试中,需先根据经验制定切实可行调试方案,并认真组织实施,这样会缩短试生产时间,带来较大的效益。这是作者在这方面多年实践经验的总结。Because the walking beam cooling bed had been playing an important role in bar continuous rolling line. However, during the thermal load, the feasible commission scheme should be made according to produce experience, and earnestly organized to put in practice. So the commission time would be less, and the great profit would be achieved.
