精纺羊绒针织用纱与机织用纱对比分析

摘　　要：针对精纺羊绒针织物和机织物组织结构、成品特点的不同,并在普遍针织用纱和机织用纱要求差异的基础上,结合鄂尔多斯集团多年来不同用途纱线生产实践,对比分析了鄂尔多斯集团针织用与机织用精纺羊绒纱线质量指标要求的差异。结合企业实际生产中针织用纱与机织用纱工艺的细微差异而引起的纱线检测指标的变化,分析了羊绒针织和机织用纱的差异,得出了精纺羊绒产品的开发要以成纱用途决定成纱质量进而决定纺纱方式和纺纱工艺的结论。There are some differences between the worsted cashmere yam fabric structure and the woren fabric structure. Base on the universal demands for the knitted fabric and the woven fabric in the Erdos group, this paper analyzed the differences of yam quality for the worsted cashmere knitting yam and weaving yam. The result shaved that the product development and the use of yarn should base on the way of yam spinning and the craft of the yam spinning.
