摘　　要：目的了解北京市怀柔区2003～2006年新生儿接种卡介苗(BCG)效果,为预防结核病提供科学依据。方法对新生儿12周BCG纯蛋白衍生物(PPD)试验阳转结果进行分析。结果对420名新生儿进行BCG PPD试验12周阳转率监测,阳性373名,阳转率88.8%。有卡痕409名,卡痕率97.4%。结论北京市怀柔区新生儿接种BCG效果良好。Objective To evaluate the completion and the effectiveness of BCG vaccination in Huairou District during the year of 2003 to 2006,and to analyze and resolve the problem in BCG vaccination,in order to provide scientific evidence for TB control. Method To conduct a significant analysis of the PPD positive rate after 12 weeks＇ BCG vaccination which have been done in the neonates born in the year of 2003 to 2006. Result In the surveillance of the PPD positive rate after 12 weeks＇ BCG vaccination of 420 neonates, 373 （88.80%） were PPD positive, 409 （97. 40%） have BCG scars. Conclusion Every kinds of surveillance indicators in the field of BCG vaccination in Huairou District are satisfactory.
