加味六君子汤配合化疗对晚期胃癌临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:察加味六君子汤配合奥沙利铂、甲酰四氢叶酸钙和氟尿嘧啶三药联合化疗对晚期胃癌的临床效果和毒副反应。方法:入选35例患者.奥沙利铂130mg/m2静脉滴注,第1天;甲酰四氢叶酸钙200mg/m2静脉滴注。随后5-氟尿嘧啶500mg/m2静脉滴注,第1～5天。化疗前30分钟静滴格拉斯琼3mg预防化疗胃肠道反应,中药加味六君子汤于入院后第二天开始服用。每4周一个疗程。结果:总有效51.4%(18/35).生活质量改善57.1%(20/35),毒副反应以消化道反应为主,其次外周神经系统毒性和骨髓抑制,但多为Ⅰ～Ⅱ度。结论:加味六君子汤配合奥沙利铂、甲酰四氢叶酸钙和5-氟尿嘧啶联合化疗对晚期胃癌疗效肯定,毒副反应轻,且能较好地改善患者的生活质量。Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy and satety of an oxaliplatin （L- OHP）, calcium foil-hate （CF） and 5 - fluorouracil （5 - FU） regimen chemotherapy combined with jiaweiliujunzi decoction in advanced gastric cancer. Methcxis： 35patients with advanced gastric cancer were received L- OHP130mg/m^2 on day 1 and CF200mg/m^2, followed by 5 - FU 500mg/m^2 （from day 1 to day 5）, granisetron 3mg （half hour before chemotherapy）, Chinese traditional medicine decoction at second day . repeated every 4weeks .Results ： Overall response rate was 51.4% （18/35）, Quality of life was improved by the rate of 57.1% （20/35）, the main adverse effects were digestive tract response （52.9 % ）, peripheral neuropathy toxicity （34.2 % ） and bone marrow suppres- sion （22.9 % ）, most of which belong to WHO grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ. Conclusion ： This L - OHP/CF/5 - FU regimen combined with jiaweili- junzi decoction shows good efficacy, well - improved life quality and an acceptable safety profile in advanced patients.
