摘 要:随着川西北气矿平落坝气田的开采,地层能量降低,产水气井增多并且生产带液困难,需要采取泡沫排水采气措施,以维持气井正常生产。针对该气田地层水含有易成垢Ba2+的特点,开展了配伍的起泡剂及现场应用工艺的研究,确定了适合该气田水质及井温条件的CT5-7D起泡剂,并在平19井和平落10井进行了现场应用试验,使两井产水量增加,套油压差降低,取得了很好的增产稳产效果,同时形成的适合平落坝气田泡沫排水采气的配套工艺技术,可在该气田其它产水气井中推广使用。When the water-producing gas reservoirs get into their middle and upper, with the water yield increasing and gas yield reducing, their water-unloading ability fall down. In order to keep their natural yield, it is necessary to adopt the economic and effective foam-dewatering technology. With the exploitation of the Pingluoba Gas Reservoir, energy of the stratum reducing, the water yield of its wells increasing, it is difficult to dewater by themselves, so it is necessary to adopt the foam-dewatering measure. This study was in allusion to its character of containing Ba2+ ion in water, and had developed the research of suited foam agent and spot application technology, picked out the CT5-7D foam agent and carried through spot experimentation in Ping 19 well and Pingluo 10 well. The technology of foam-dewatering increase their water yield and reduce their difference between and maintain their gas yield. At the same time, we had sumed up a series of technology that were suited to the whole Pingluoba gas reservoir, it could spread to the other water-producing wells.
