采用振动式密度计测量天然气密度的应用研究

摘　　要：通过应用振动式密度计试验研究,在国内建立起一种天然气密度在线测量的新方法。其特点是不需要测量天然气中组分含量,天然气密度可溯源到频率。研究结果表明:重复性在0.2%的范围内;与组成分析计算值的比对偏差在±0.5%的范围内;具有良好的重复性和准确度,可作为天然气密度的一种测量方法使用,能满足计量的要求。A new method, on-line measurement of the density of natural gas, has been established by researching on vibrating element density transducer tests. The characteristic is not to analyze the components of natural gas, the density of natural gas can be traced to the frequency. The results indicated that the repeatability was 0.2%, the error comparing to that calculated from natural gas component analysis was within ±0.5%. The method has favorable repeatability and accuracy, can be used to measure the density of natural gas and satisfy the need of measuring.
