摘　　要：随着全球经济一体化的发展,企业间的竞争已不单是产品性能和质量的竞争,也包含物流能力的竞争。通过对我国国际物流企业运作模式进行系统分析,明确我国物流业发展的主要因素,从参与国际竞争的需要,提出了我国国际物流业运作模式的对策建议。Along with the whole world economic integration development, enterprise＇s competition already not merely was the product performance and the quality competition, also flowed the ability the competition. Through international flows the enterprise operation pattern to our country to carry on the system analysis, is clear about our country flowing industry development the primary factor, from the participation international competition need, put forward our country international flowing industry operation pattern countermeasure proposal.
