摘　　要：本文从供应链管理的角度出发,在对第三方物流在供应链管理中所起的作用进行分析的基础上,深入剖析了我国第三方物流业发展过程中存在的主要问题,并提出了具体的解决办法。Based on the theories of supply chain management and the analysis of the third party logistics, this paper completely analyze the main problems existed in the process of the industry of third party logistics in china, and supplied with the concrete methods to solve the problems.
