摘　　要：本文阐述了网络经济背景下物流管理的的主要特征,在分析我国物流管理信息化存在问题的基础上。In this paper, the author introduces the main characteristics of logistics management at network economy era. On the base of the analysis on the existing problems about the informatization of logistics management, the corresponding measures to be taken are presented.
