摘 要:目的:研究补骨脂素脂质体凝胶的皮肤渗透性。方法:以补骨脂素凝胶及补骨脂素酊剂为对照,将补骨脂素脂质体凝胶应用于离体及在体大鼠皮肤,用RP-HPLC法测定接收介质、皮肤、血液及其他组织中补骨脂素的含量。结果:离体条件下,脂质体凝胶具有最小的透皮速率和最大的皮内滞留量;在体条件下,包封于脂质体中的药物在皮肤中滞留量分别是凝胶和酊剂的(4.67±0.29)、(3.04±0.82)倍。结论:补骨脂素脂质体凝胶具有显著的局部皮肤靶向性。To study the percutaneous permeation of psoralen from liposomal gel. Method: The preparations were applied on the mouse skin in vitro and in vivo comparing with common gel and tincture, and the drug concentration in the receptor solution, skin, blood and other organs was determined by RP-HPLC. Result: In vitro, liposomal gel showed the lowest percutaneous ratio and the highest detention in skin. In vivo studies illuminated that the skin depositions of drug encapsulated in liposome was 4.67 ± 0. 29 and 3.04 ± 0.82-fold higher than the common gel and tincture, respectively. Conclusion: Psoralen liposomal gel showed an evident targeting effect in skin.
