百令胶囊治疗慢性马兜铃酸肾病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨百令胶囊治疗慢性马兜铃酸肾病(CAAN)的疗效。方法:治疗组15例CAAN患者,用百令胶囊治疗,治疗效果与用泼尼松治疗组(对照组)12例比较。结果:治疗组治疗后血SCr、Ccr较治疗前无明显变化(P>0.05);对照组治疗后SCr较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05);对照组Ccr低于治疗前(P<0.01)。结论:用百令胶囊能够明显延缓CAAN患者肾功能进行性减退;泼尼松不能够控制CAAN患者肾功能进行性减退。To investigate the efficacy of corbrin capsule in the treatment of chronic aristolochic acid nephropathy （CAAN）. Method： The treated group was treated with corbrin capsule in 15 patients with CAAN. The therapeutic effect was compared with that of the controlled group treated with prednisone. Result： There was a notable increased of SCr and decreased of Ccr after the treatment in the prednisone group （P〈0.05 ） ;but in the treated group ,there was not any notable differences of Scr before and after the treatment （ P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Corbrin capsule can markedly retard the deterioration of renal function of the patients with CAAN, but prednisone can not.
