摘　　要：目的:对住院冠心病患者冠脉搭桥围手术期用药合理性进行探讨。方法:通过病历浏览系统及临床查房,采集88例患者用药资料,查阅有关文献进行分析。结果:围手术期用药合理,但有些问题还需进一步研究。结论:冠脉搭桥手术过程中及治疗后均可能发生相关并发症,在治疗的全过程中合理地用药可有效防止并发症。To explore the rational use of drugs for the coronary artery bypass grafting of inpatients in the perioperative period. Method： The data of 88 patients were calleeted from the computer based on patients record system and clinical ward. Inspection and analysis with the related literature were performed. Result： The use of drugs were rational, but some questions also must further study. Conclusion： It is possible to cause complication in the perioperative period and after operation, therefore rational use of drugs are very important.
