摘　　要：目的:建立法莫替丁的含量测定方法,控制法莫替丁制剂的质量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以ODS为固定相,庚烷磺酸钠溶液-乙腈(80:20)为流动相,用外标法计算含量。结果:法莫替丁在20.0～160.0μg·ml^(-1)范围内呈良好线性关系,r =0.999 7,平均回收率为100.4%,日内和日间精密度分别为1.1%和0.7%。结论:本方法操作方便,测定结果准确,可用于注射用法莫替丁的含量测定及质量控制。To establish a method to determine the famotidine in famotidine and sodium chloride injection for quality control. Method： The MERCK LiChrospherl00 C18 column（ 125 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） was used, the mobile phase consisted of sodium heptanesulfonate solution acetonitrile （80：20）, the wavelength was at 254 nm. The content of famotidine was determined by external standard method. Result： The calibration curve was in good linearity within the range of 20.0 to 160.0μg · ml^-1（r=0.999 7. The average recovery of famotidine was 100.4%, the inner day and between day RSD was 1.1% and 0.7%, respectively. Conclusion： This method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for determination and quality control of famotidine and sodium chloride injection.
