归肾丸结合针刺对免疫性不育症的临床作用及对精浆酸性磷酸酶的影响

摘　　要：【目的】观察归肾丸结合针刺对免疫性不育症的临床疗效及对精浆酸性磷酸酶(ACP)的影响。【方法】将105例男性免疫性不育症的患者随机分为归肾丸结合针刺组、归肾丸组、西药组各35例,分别给予归肾丸加针刺、归肾丸以及强的松进行治疗。观察临床疗效及治疗前后精浆ACP的变化。【结果】归肾丸结合针刺组、归肾丸组、西药组总有效率分别为91.43%、88.57%、68.57%,痊愈率分别为45.71%、22.86%、11.43%,归肾丸结合针刺组、归肾丸组总有效率分别与西药组比较,差异有显著性意义(均P<0.05)。归肾丸结合针刺组与归肾丸组总有效率比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),但两组痊愈率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。各组治疗后ACP均有升高,与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后组间ACP比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),其中归肾丸结合针刺组ACP的改善最明显。【结论】针刺结合归肾丸可有效地调节免疫性不育症患者紊乱的免疫状态,改善患者精浆ACP水平,具有较佳的临床疗效。[ Objective] To observe therapeutic effect of Guishen Pill （GP） combined with acupuncture （AP） for male immune infertility （MII） and to investigate influence on acid phosphatase （ACP） in seminal plasma. [ Methods] One hundred and five MII patients were equally randomized into three groups. Group A received GP combined AP, group B received GP and group C received prednisone. The therapeutic effect was evaluated in the three groups after treatment, and the changes of ACP were observed before and after treatment. [ Results ] The total effective rate was 91.43% , 88.57% and 68.57% , and the cure rate was 45.71% , 22.86% and 11.43% in groups A, B and C respectively. The difference of total effective rate was significant in groups A and B as compared with that in group C （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the difference of cure rate was also significant between groups A and B （P 〈 0. 05）. ACP content was increased after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 compared with that before treatment ）, and the difference was significant between the three groups. The improvement of ACP was obvious in group A. [ Conclusion ] GP combined with AP has a better effect for male immune infertility, and its mechanism may be related with the regulation of immune function and the increase of ACP content in seminal plasma.
