摘 要:以三聚磷酸钠(TPP)作交联剂,用2次交联法,制备了一种新的有序壳聚糖交联膜(CS/TPP),并用溶菌酶对其进行了体外降解性研究,同时用隧道扫描电镜(SPM)对膜进行了表征.结果表明:有序CS/TPP膜有着致密有序的结构和良好的生物可降解性.A Firstly, nonasized new orderly chitosan (CS) membrane was prepared and its biodegradability was studied. chitosan microspheres were prepared from a dilute solution of chitosan in HAc, using sodium tripolyphosphate (TPP) as c tosan microspheres and TPP. CS/TPP membrane could be ing 16 weeks. The study h could be a potential carrier ross-linking agent. Then, an orderly membrane was cast from a solution of chiThe result of vitro degradation experiment showed that the orderly cross-linked biodegraded by lysozyme, the weight loss of the membrane was about 32% durindicated that the membranehas order structure and good biodegradability and for drug controlled releasing.
