摘　　要：将鸡传染性支气管炎疫苗毒接种10日龄鸡胚,并传至12代,观察鸡胚病变,于72 h收集尿囊液进行负染电镜观察和血凝试验.透射电镜观察到典型的冠状病毒颗粒,致鸡胚的典型病变作用和血凝活性随培养代次的增加显著增强.结果表明,该弱毒苗病毒毒力返强,存在安全隐患.The avian infectious bronchitis virus from a weak vaccine was passaged to 12 generations in the 10-day old chick embryos. The allantoic fluid was collected after 72 hours,with which,the morphological observation of the virus was carried out by negative staining under transmission electron microscope （TEM）, and hemagglutination titer was determined. Results showed that, typical corona virus particles were observed by TEM,the hemagglutination titer increased from 8 log2 to 10 log2 with the virusr passage,and the 10-day old embryo chick was dead, the pathogenic lesions of the chicken were visible by naked eyes. The results demonstrate that the weak vaccine virus has reversed its virulence,which suggests a hidden danger in the vaccination.
