摘  要:基于LabVIEW开发了控制器传递函数模块,提出了一种新的过程控制方法,使传递函数形式的控制器不仅使用在仿真实验中,而且运用于工程实际。基于该方法和NI多功能卡实现了对以液位装置为例的工业被控对象的过程控制。实验结果良好,证明了该方法的可行性及有效性。The controller transfer function module was developed based on labVIEW. A new process control method was put forward, which is used to construct a discretional order controller. The polynomial coefficients of the numerator and denominator of the transfer function are inputted from the user interface, which are used to calculate the pulse response of the controller. The sampled error signal and the pulse response are sent to stepwise convolution computation module, and finally the control output is generated by D/A conversion. The controller constructed from transfer function can be used not only in simulation experiments but also in engineering practice. The method can be used in high precision control area too. Based on the method and NI-DAQ board, the industrial process control, taking liquid-level control as an example, was realized. Experimental results prove the feasibility and effectivity of the proposed method.
