摘 要:设计了一种新型单片CMOS线性稳压器,该稳压器可以在LDO和备用电源供电两种工作模式之间进行切换,且输出电压无毛刺。文中在分析了电路结构与工作模式的基础上重点讨论了几个关键电路模块的设计,并基于Hynix 0.5μmCMOS工艺模型用Hspice对该设计进行了模拟验证。This paper describes the design of a new CMOS linear regulator with an integrated backup power supply switch, which can easily change its working mode between LDO and backup power supply, and the output voltage is free of "glitch". Its merits include large output current and lower ground current, as well as excellent line and load regulation characteristics. During normal operation, it acts as a standard LDO with an output voltage of 3.3V delivering up to 500mA. When the 5V input drops below 4. 4V, the 3.3V auxiliary input is switched to the output through an internal PMOS. With these features it is very suitable for the charging module in portable devices with dual power systems. After analyzing the architecture and operating modes of the regulator, this paper focuses on the design of several key circuits. Finally the Hspice simulation results based on the Hynix 0. 5μm CMOS process parameter are provided.
