摘　　要：工血管完整内皮单层的缺乏是导致新内膜增生、血栓形成和感染的主要刺激,因此,人工血管内皮化已成为目前研究的热点,并在许多方面取得了成绩,但是,仍存在许多问题有待解决。The absence of a functional endothelial monolaye on the prosthetic grafts is an important stimulus for intimal hyperplasia, thrombopoiesis and infection. So endothelialization of vascular prosthesis has been the focal point of research, and researchers have got te many results. But there are many problems existing to be resolved.
