糖尿病肾病患者非浓缩尿蛋白电泳分析及临床意义

摘　　要：目的应用非浓缩尿蛋白电泳技术,分析糖尿病肾病患者蛋白尿成分特点。方法应用十二烷基磺酸钠-琼脂糖凝胶电泳(SDS-AGE)对55例糖尿病肾病患者蛋白尿进行分析。结果糖尿病肾病患者蛋白尿可分为肾小管型蛋白尿、肾小球型蛋白尿、混合型蛋白尿及生理型蛋白尿。结论非浓缩尿蛋白SDS-AGE技术对诊断糖尿病肾病尿蛋白性质来源、判断肾脏损伤类型及程度有较高的临床应用意义。Objective To analyze the composition characteristics of diabetic nephropathy （ DN） proteinuria with non - concentrated proteinuria electrophoresis. Methods 55 samples of proteinuria with DN were analyzed by sodium dodesyl sulfate argarose gel electrophoresis （SDS- AGE）. Results ：The proteinuria with DN could be divided into semi types： tublar, glomerular type, mixed type and physiological type. Conclusions Non- concentrated proteinuria SDS - AGE electrophoresis is of great clinical significance in diagnosing DN and in judging the type and degree of kidney injury.
